Asset Passport
One record per package
The Asset Passport consolidates provenance, masked serials, condition grading, test results, service and usage history, firmware and licence state, packing evidence and delivery documents. It travels with the equipment and stays available in your cabinet after delivery.

Process
Six stages, every package
Ownership and serial checks
We confirm who owns the equipment, that it is free to sell, and that serial numbers match the source's records. Serials are stored in full internally and published masked.
Technical testing
Powered function tests appropriate to the class of equipment: fader and encoder calibration, driver impedance and polarity, laser hours and convergence, panel-by-panel LED calibration, fixture homing and optics.
Remote live inspection
A scheduled live session on camera where our inspector operates the equipment to your test script. Recorded and stored in your deal room.
Third-party inspection
For larger transactions we will arrange an independent inspector at the holding location and share their report unedited.
Packing and shipping evidence
Photographic evidence of case contents, serial-level packing lists, weights and dimensions before collection.
Warranty and claims
Where warranty is offered it is written into the transaction record, with a defined claims path tracked in your cabinet.
