Marketplace and commercial terms
Not legally approved. This page is a release-review inventory, not final contractual wording. Public beta remains blocked until an authorised business/legal owner supplies and approves the governing terms.
Controlled marketplace
Backstage Market curates listings and controls publication. It is not an open classifieds service and external sources do not publish directly.
Offers and transactions
A request, enquiry or offer is not a completed sale. The authoritative accepted proposal and issued commercial documents define the equipment, quantity, price and currency.
Payment
Payments remain off-platform by bank transfer. The cabinet records operational status only; it does not hold funds, operate a wallet or provide escrow.
Condition and inspection
Condition, inspection scope, included items, exclusions, serial evidence and any warranty must be stated in the applicable listing, report or transaction documents.
Delivery, title and risk
Incoterm, named place, packing, insurance, title and risk transfer must be stated in the accepted commercial documents. Destination customs, duties, taxes, permits and certification are excluded unless expressly included.
Companies and authority
Company access is role-based. Owners and authorised Buyers may transact; Finance and Viewer access remains limited. Customers must keep account membership current.
Cancellation, disputes and claims
Applicable cancellation rights, inspection exceptions, claims windows, governing law and dispute process must be confirmed in the final approved terms and transaction documents.
